- Worked with team of 6+ developers and data scientists to create a new web based animal intake form for animal hospitals in Virginia using Javascript, Bootstrap CSS, Google Forms, Webpack for bundling, and GitHub Pages for deployment.
- Developed the intake form's front-end UI with inputs, textarea fields, custom dropdowns, and appropriate form validation for data submission to Google Forms.
